A certified health coach, personal trainer, mindfulness instructor, and qualified Bioresonance Allergy & Deficiency Practitioner.

My journey has taken me around the world — from working as a fitness trainer to royalty and on luxury cruise ships, to now helping people of all ages reclaim their health and vitality through the transformative power of Bioresonance Allergy & Deficiency Testing.

I help people reset their health by identifying hidden allergies, sensitivities, and deficiencies. I also offer at-home hair sample testing for convenience, so you can begin your healing journey no matter where you are.

My Incredible Story

​

For over 15 years, I lived my dream as a personal trainer on cruise ships, exploring the world and living an active, vibrant life. But in 2005, everything changed.

A sudden and mysterious illness hit me hard:

​

• I couldn’t stay awake.

• My body was wracked with joint, nerve, and muscle pain.

• I developed agonizing migraines, unbearable itchy rashes on my heels, terrible mouth ulcers and collapsed frequently.

• My weight dropped to just six stone (at 5’9”), I lost my hair, my vision blurred, and my world crumbled.

​

Despite seeing countless specialists, undergoing endless tests, and desperately seeking answers, no one could figure out what was wrong — until, by sheer luck, my GP spotted the signs of Coeliac Disease.

​

A simple gluten-free diet started to turn things around. But years later, the symptoms came back — this time, doctors suspected Lupus, an autoimmune disease. Again, blood tests showed nothing, and I was left hopeless, in excruciating pain, unable to walk, talk, or even text for help as it came out backwards! 

​

I was at my breaking point and was looking to go to Dignitas as the pain was excruciating.

​

Then, I discovered Bioresonance Allergy & Deficiency Testing...

 

The Turning Point

​

The Bioresonance machine immediately picked up what years of medical testing had missed — the machine could tell I was allergic to gluten even though I hadn't eaten it in over 10 years, it also picked up that I had severe sensitivities to dairy, tomatoes, potatoes, bananas, and critical deficiencies in B12 and magnesium.

​

Within a week of making the recommended changes, I was able to start talking again and the following week I started to be able to walk again (and living again)!

​

It felt like a miracle — one that changed my life forever.

That experience ignited my passion to help others find answers, hope, and healing.

 

I trained as a Bioresonance Practitioner, blending it with my background in health coaching, fitness, and mindfulness. Today, I’m proud to help clients transform their lives — just like I did.
