2. The Services
I provide:

1:1 Bioresonance Allergy, Intolerance & Deficiency Testing
Bioresonance testing is a complementary wellness service designed to provide insight into potential sensitivities and imbalances.
It is not a medical test, diagnosis, or treatment.
3. Booking & Contract
When you book an appointment or purchase a service:

You are making an offer to purchase my services

A legally binding contract is formed when:
-
I confirm your booking, or
-
The session takes place
-
4. Payment
-
Payment is required in full via the booking system or agreed method.

Prices are stated in GBP.
-
VAT is not applicable.
5. Cancellations & Refunds

You must give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, or you do not attend:
-
👉 the full session fee remains payable.
This is because your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.
Refunds

Fees are non-refundable once the session has taken place.

Refunds are only provided where required by law.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
6. Cooling-Off Period
If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of booking.
However:

If you choose to attend your appointment within this 14-day period, you agree that the service will begin immediately.

Once the session has taken place, your right to cancel is lost.
7. Nature of the Service
You understand and agree that:

Bioresonance testing is a complementary wellness tool

It does not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions

Results may vary between individuals

No specific outcomes are guaranteed
8. Medical Responsibility

This service is not a substitute for medical advice or treatment

You should consult your GP or a qualified healthcare provider for any medical concerns.
If you have a medical condition or are under medical care:

You are responsible for deciding whether this service is suitable for you.

You should seek medical advice if unsure.
9. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information

Inform me of any relevant health conditions

Take full responsibility for any decisions or actions you take following your session
10. Health & Safety
This service is not suitable if you:

Are pregnant
-
Have a pacemaker
It is your responsibility to inform me before your appointment.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

I am not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses.

My total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it is unlawful to do so.
12. Complaints
If you are unhappy with any part of the service:

I will aim to resolve your concern fairly and promptly.
13. Payment Disputes
If you believe a payment has been taken in error or there is an issue:
Please contact me first so I can resolve it.
I reserve the right to provide:

booking confirmations

signed forms
-
appointment records
-
agreed terms
to your payment provider in the event of a dispute or chargeback.
14. Privacy & Confidentiality
