For 15 years I worked on cruise ships as a fitness instructor. I was active, fit and loved my job, until my health suddenly declined and my career came to an unexpected end.

After years of awful unexplained symptoms I was finally diagnosed with coeliac disease.

Once I removed gluten from my diet, my health began to recover.

But years later, new and even worse symptoms appeared again. Drs told me it was lupus…
