Real Stories From My Allergy & Deficiency Test Clinic:The One With the Acne That Wouldn’t Go Away...

Updated: Mar 19

Acne can be frustrating at any age.

But when it covers your face and just won’t settle, it can start affecting everything, confidence, social plans, even how you feel about leaving the house.

A lady came to see me after struggling with persistent acne that nothing seemed to shift.

Creams, treatments, different products… she’d tried it all.

We sat down and talked through her lifestyle, her diet, and the symptoms she’d been living with.

Then we ran the allergy and deficiency testing.

Some things came up that her body clearly wasn’t happy with.

She made a few changes.

A few weeks later I received a message from her.

She’d sent photos.

Her skin had cleared dramatically!

The redness had calmed. The breakouts had settled.

And more importantly, she said she finally felt comfortable in her skin again.

Moments like that are why I love this work.

Because sometimes the body just needs the right clues before things start improving.

Everyone’s skin reacts differently, but sometimes underlying sensitivities can play a role.
