Real Stories From My Clinic: The One Where Google Was No Help….

Updated: Mar 19

You’ve Googled your symptoms again at 1am.

Apparently you’re either stressed… dehydrated… have the flu, chicken pox… or pregnant!

Your stomach’s bloated for no reason, your skin’s acting up, and coffee, once your best friend, now feels like betrayal.

You promise yourself you’ll “sort it next week.”

Next week arrives.

Nothing changes.

Someone mentions allergy testing.

You imagine needles, white coats, and being told it’s all in your head.

Instead, you sit down with me and we chat about your real life.

The snacks you grab between meetings.

The afternoon energy crash.

The random reactions that make no sense.

We test.

You get answers.

Not guesses. Not another diet trend.

Just clarity.

A few weeks later you message me: “I finally feel like me again!”

And honestly, that’s my favourite part, thats why I do this.

Got symptoms that don’t make sense?

Let’s figure them out together.
